Buntefabrics is having a big SALE

We are having really strange weather today. First we had snow, now we have rain and an icy wind is blowing. But the girls are already thinking about Easter and Romy requested a dress made out of these two fabrics. Feliz is still one of our favorite patterns. It is so girly and chic at the same time. I used a yard of Cosmos Elegans and 1 and 1/2 yards of organic Barcelona Pink Dots for a size 4T/5T. Both are on SALE together with a bunch of other really great selected fabrics. The Sale is a really good one so do not miss out as I will end it at any time!

I was also busy sewing for Finn. He has a really unique taste for a boy and I am glad to oblige it :o) The pants are from the Ottobre 4/06 issue and are the Cargo pants, pattern number 29. I changed a few details however.

Both shirts are the IMKE pattern by Farbenmix. I just LOVE that I have one pattern that works so very well for boys and girls. Do not worry that the instructions are in German as it is super easy to put together.

The velour iron ons can be found here. And the striped organic interlock knit is super, super soft and also on sale!

It's a pirates life, or new Velour Iron ons in the shop!

I have had so much fun designing these new velour iron ons for the shop! Finn, Ella and also Romy had a lot to comment while I was painting these and their influence is huge. I hope you like them as much as we do!

Ella is wearing the Farbenmix "Knoblauch Rock" or "Garlic skirt". The name makes sense when you look at the shape of the skirt. It is really a very cool e-book pattern. The shirt is the Antonia.

CHEEEEEESE :)

These and more velour iron ons can be found here!

Nothing feels better

One of the greatest feeling I have as a fabric merchant is knowing that I make my customers happy! Every now and then I get a picture send and it is just wonderful to see what became of the fabric that a customer bought. Have a look at this *amazing* outfit that Nicole made with the Merit poplin by Hilco!! I wish I knew how to post a bigger picture. The smocking and detail to this outfit is out of this world!
Thank you SO much Nicole for sending me this picture and your super kind words about my fabrics and store :o)
